I heard it on my local news just now.

said deal is worth $$ 16 billion

Ah. And the inevitable contraction of business continues. First they all start out as a bunch of little companies, then slowly consolidate to forum one massive company. This company grows too large and can no longer function properly just do to the enormous size (and/or the government intervenes) and breaks the company up into smaller companies again. Now they half way back to becoming that one big company again.
