Have started to have my screen move up to the point its starting to take off part of the caller ID and in HD the black line at top is a whole lot smaller could adjust with 811 any ideals on a fix just started.

OK, so we both missed it. 
It's a 622. Go ahead and unplug the receiver, wait 30 seconds and plug back in.

Can you try it with composite (RCA) or S Video just to see if the problem is with the HDMI port output.
I will try that when I get in the mood to tear everything out with one arm it makes it a good work out.
Do you have a projection tv? it could be possable that your lenses / mirrors might be out of focus or have moved.
I will look at the convergence setting also but we have not messed with CRT Projection TV it a 53 in Panasonic
