Searching for signal

I have a standard tivo and a high def tivo with 2 tuners hooked up in both units. Here recently both of my units have been coming up searching for satellite 1. When I check the signal both are around 88 to 90. When I run the guided setup again the units find the satellite that is missing. What could be the problem?

I had the same problem and it was a loose connection...Try that first......
