Season Pass Disappears

Hope I get a software upgrade soon. Season pass screwups are driving us nuts. Main issue is that season passes occasionally disappear from the prioritizer. Ex: We have recorded CSI-Miami since the first day we have had the R15. Now, after 4 months, the show just disappeared from the prioritizer. This is not the first time this has happened as well (it's been a different show each of the 5 or 6 times it has happened).

Minor complaint is that the R15 often records shows that are repeats (when first run only is selected and when the show description clearly says it is a repeat) and sometimes it does not record a new show.

Last, they need to incorporate the "backup" feature that the TIVO had where the show backs up a bit when you hit play after coming out of a FF and RW. You could hit play when you first saw a glimpse of the show and the TIVO would back up just enough that you would miss none of the show.
 
there have been many recent upgrades that have caused some things to go to default to fix past issues with the r15. P.I.T.A. yes, but hopefully a step forward
