SG 2100 Question

I just put new cable on my system RG6 Quad, at first my Coolsat receiver would not come on so I blamed the cable. But now its the SG 2100 motor not turning on. I have to receivers and tried both but still the motor will not work The motor is only 2 months old. I live in Michigan but it has`nt been that cold. Are these motors that tempermantal? Thanks

no the motors work great in cold weather. I've had mine for 3 Minnesota winters with no issues

I don't have an SG2100, but I think it has a reset switch on it. If it does, give it a try. If not, I'm sure someone with an SG2100 will chime in and help.

Should be a light under the motor, if there is no light and it will not move it may not be getting any voltage, a multi meter will tell you that. If it is then you can try resetting it with a paper clip, directions are in the manual.
