Sharp Corporation has introduced the XV-Z2000 Hi-Vision Home Theater Projector based on the DLP system to deliver high-quality, high-definition images into the Japanese market.
As the DMD projection device, the heart of DLP systems, the XV-Z2000 uses the latest DMD HD2+ chip set, the same device incorporated into our high-end projector model, featuring significantly improved light utilization efficiency. The XV-Z2000 delivers Hi-Vision (high definition) image resolution (1280 x 720 pixels) combined with a high contrast ratio of 2500:1.
