Sirius Starbase

I purchased a Sirius Starbase system but I can only get about 30 channels on it.Does anybody know why? I have not set any locks on this system but I don't know why I can't get all of the channels.

Sounds like Sirius has the receiver on the family plan. You have a couple options, call Sirius and have them resend the activation signal or you can do the same by yourself online. Go to "Manage My Account" on sirius.com.
