Celebrate the Holiday Season with SiriusXM

Seven commercial-free holiday music channels launch on SiriusXM

NEW YORK–November 8, 2011– Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) today announced its wide-ranging holiday music lineup featuring seven commercial-free specialty channels celebrating the holiday season.

SiriusXM’s holiday music channels will offer listeners a variety of traditional holiday songs, classical Christmas carols, Hanukkah music, country Christmas classics, contemporary festive tunes, holiday soul music and Latin seasonal music.

SiriusXM’s holiday channel lineup features:

Holiday Traditions (147) will feature traditional holiday recordings from the ‘40s through the ‘60s by artists such as Bing Crosby, Andy Williams, Ray Conniff and Nat “King” Cole.
Monday, November 14 through Sunday, January 1
(Holiday Traditions will also be available on Limited Engagements 2 on SiriusXM Internet Radio channel 812)

Holly (channel 17) will feature contemporary holiday music as well as traditional favorites, including songs by Justin Bieber, Mariah Carey, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Richard Marx, Gloria Estefan, Colbie Caillat, Josh Groban and Michael Buble.
Monday, November 14 through Sunday, January 1

Holiday Pops (channel 75) will feature classical Christmas carols and holiday favorites performed by the greatest classical musicians of all-time, including the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Luciano Pavarotti, New York Philharmonic, King’s College Choir, Boston Pops and Thomas Hampson.
Friday, December 2 through Sunday, December 25

Country Christmas (channel 58) will feature a wide-ranging assortment of country Christmas music, including Garth Brooks, Carrie Underwood and Lady Antebellum.
Friday, December 2 through Sunday, December 25

Navidad (channel 501) will feature contemporary Latin holiday music and traditional sounds, including Ricky Martin, Gloria Estefan, José Feliciano, Aventura, Marco Antonio Solís and Christina Aguilera.

(Navidad will be available on Edge radios and on Limited Engagements 3 on SiriusXM Internet Radio channel 813)

Holiday Soul (channel 49) will feature classic soul and Motown holiday music from the ‘60s and ‘70s, including Aretha Franklin, Temptations, James Brown, Lou Rawls, Smokey Robinson & The Miracles, Dionne Warwick, The Jackson 5, The Four Tops, The Supremes, The O’Jays and Gladys Knight.
Friday, December 16 through Sunday, December 25

Radio Hanukkah (channel 68) will feature an extensive collection of Hanukkah music, including contemporary, traditional and children’s Hanukkah selections.
Tuesday, December 20 through Wednesday, December 28

SiriusXM’s commercial-free holiday music channels will also be available online through SiriusXM Internet Radio and through the SiriusXM Internet Radio App for the Apple iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and several BlackBerry and Android-powered smartphones and mobile devices.
