Thats Quite a lot of channels moving.

I'm guessing I didn't see many move because the ones I use are on Pre Sets and change automatically.

That happened last November, not recently. When I look at the Sirius XM website they show Turbo still on channel 41. They show Faction Punk on channel 314. This is a Dish thing not XM.

snuffling or not turbo channel is completly gone, so I guess dish removed turbo from sirusxm i guess, and replaced it with punk
