i put my primestar dish up and am trying to find sats. the lnb or lnbf is original and has a vert and hor slot. i went to a site with elevation and compass cordinance and wrote down the numbers for my area. i have not worked much so far with dishes like these and was wondering what the skew is on these? the site says something like minus .3 on galaxy 3 which is my south sat. how do you skew with these kind of dishes? because i haue the elevation set right and when moving the dish i am getting 77 or so signal but no quality. on my reciever meter the quality is flashing alot or blinking like it wants to put out the numbers for quality signal but it is staying on o pct. any help?

on the LNBF right behind the eye there are 4 screws (little ones)...there should be skew markings on there. Loosen the screws and skew from there

The dish itself doesnt skew

so on the skew markings there are plus and minus markings? the charts say like minus 5 and plus 2 and such on the satellite skew. so it must be set to what satellite primestar was on before. thanks!
