Tonight I thought just to try and put my new c band lnbf on my dish outside the apartment. Using a eagle aspen p-1200 c band lnbf 63db more specs coming soon. I had just got my conical for it hook it up tp my sonicveiw 360 premier elite and got 12 channels on cband right off the bat. Dumb luck strikes again I say. Leasea channels at 0% Q but still able to watch Lavern and Shirley CW out of puerto rico at 35% Q what do you guys think? Pics coming soon.

I love seeing miniBud experiments! And I thought of a possible new name for these dishes 90cm and smaller -- ExtreminiBUDs!

Don't forget PortaBUD - A six foot panel BUD that is mounted on a portable base. Such a dish may be taken down or erected (although with a little difficulty) by one person in a relatively short period of time :D ...

2 days no pic ... :what:

To 'conform' to the nomenclature already in use, nano is between micro and pico.
therefore I revise the list to:

Portables don't specify, and could be, any size. We had 10 ft'rs portable that were rented out on/for various occasions. A 1 man job unless the trailer needed to transport another someplace else while one was 'out'.
A NoNo is reflectorless so therefore is not included.
Still Awaiting on PICTURES

Unfortunately, for all the work done on nomenclature, I think people will just say BUD and miniBUD, with the cut off being around 6 feet. Nothing personal -- it's like down South, if people want a tissue, they say Kleenex, if they want a cotton swab, they say a Q-Tip, and if they want a coke, they ask what kind? "A Dr. Pepper." "OK."
