Sofia Stewart: Matrix/Terminator Copyright Lawsuite against WB?

I heard an interview this morning on WBAI, NY on Wake up Call. The interview was with Sofia Stewart. Sofia Stewart claims that WB stole the concept of the Matrix and The Terminator out of her Science Fiction Manuscript copyrighted back in 1991. Her lawsuit includes 8 people. Two names I heard were Joe Silver and James Cameron. The others I do not remember. The trial is set for July 2005. She went on to say that she has proofs that the ideas were stole from her. Even quoted that the FBI has confirmed that there were similarities with the movies and her manuscript. She is suing WB for $ 8 Billion. Fascinating stuff. There are a bunch stuff that come up under her name if you do a google search.

I haven't looked carefully but I heard her say that The Terminator and the Matrix is really one story divided into six chapters which lead me to believe that both stories are connected. She did not respond how but I heard that that was fascinating and got me thinking about both stories.
