I had 3.1.5-01-2-357, did a call today, got a download and told system restart needed. After reboot I'm at 3.1.5D-01-2-357. So far the only change I've seen is that I now have channel logo's, never had them before. This did not fix the PSIP problem where some subchannels need to be tuned in one higher then actual, 26.1 tunes in as 26.2.
