Southern Ohio Voomers?

Are there any southern ohio voomers out there? I haven't heard of anyone with it in the area. I have an install scheduled for 4/10 and was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice.

Do you know which local company does the install for you?

Prostar Digital from Columbus...I called to confirm and the lady was kinda mean.

They are the company that changed out my box to the second generation unit(all the way to the Cleveland area). The guy was knowledgeable and friendly. If you get him, you will probably get a good install.

The same here. If I remember correctly, Matt was the installer that replaced my box last month. He knew VOOM very well. He was even able to reconnect all the cables without reading the labels - which impressed even me!

In any case, make sure to call them 1 day in advance and verify that they have your box ready. This may save you a wasted morning...
