First of all, I thank everyone that helped me get my Winegard 2076 setup in the thread Newbie looking for Telstar 5. Couldn't have done it without you guys.

Now...I am going to create more chaos by trying to install a SQ2100 so I scan the skies for more channels. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find information on the altitude and elevation of dish with the SQ2100 mounted. I guess my altitude at Anaheim, CA is 33.82. However, I don't know how to calculate the dish elevation.

Help!

Good choice on the SG2100. Fortunately its manual lists the values you need. All you need to know beforehand is your latitude. :)

Thanks for the correction. I keep referring to it as the SQ2100. You are right...its the SG2100. That made a big difference when I went to google for the manual. I think I found what I was after.

Glad to unwittingly correct you. :D Yes I did read your post thoroughly but my eyes are too tired right now.

PSB, I like your new avatar. :)
