StarChoice F1/F2 Switch?

I just ordered a SC STB from kusat as recommended on satelliteguys.us.

I intend to use my own Toroidal T90 with their reverse Ka lnb for F1 and F2, but kusat could not tell me how I could combine the 2 feeds. They seemed to not know what to do if I did not use the SC Oval Dish.

Can someone tell me what I need to combine these feeds for the STB?

22k switch is all you need

plug the 107.3 lnb into the A port (0K) and 111.1 into B port (22k)
