Subscribe to Dish HD channels only?

Is it possible to purchase an 811 receiver and subscribe to the HD channels only? Or, is a minimum subscription package required along w/ the HD package?

It is possible to subscribe to just the HD Pak. However, if you do not have at least AT60, you will be charged an access fee of $5/month on top of the other fees.
