subscription channels not coming in

I switched to X4 and mtv hits or mtv 2 says I am not authorized. Lifetime movies says I am not authorized. All my other channels work fine.

I have NPS. Is that just the access control center getting something mixed up or my receiver (dsr-905 sidecar)?

I have the Nick/MTV mux of channels from NPS and there working fine. Call NPS and get a rehit.
