The majority can. There are a few markets that restricts them because another station does not want the same syndicated programming to be shown on the SuperStations as what is on their network station. You can go to www.dishnetwork.com to see if you are in one of those markets or call 1-800-333-3474 to ask. You can also tell us what your zip code is and one of us on here can look it up for you. If you cannot receive WB then you may be able to receive UPN or vice versa. They are going to merge into the CW network this fall though (C stands for CBS in which owns UPN and W stands for WB).
 
If it does not show any of the UPN's then you are not eligible for UPN. When the station goes to the CW Network you may not be able to get any of the SuperStations that choose to go with CW Network. Some may be going independent in which you may be able to get them then. I think it depends on whether they show those same syndicated shows as your local network station.
