I only have two available RG6 cables running from the outside of my house to my home theater room. Is it possible to get the Dish 1000 and the HD Bronze package and watch it on one tv with just the two RG-6 cables?

With a D1000 (DPP Twin) all you need is a single RG6 cable to a single or dual receiver. So to answer your question, yes you can.
