I think these or something like it has been out for quite awhile....
Several years ago a customer of mine was showing me a cell phone that called out and recvd calls and that was it.
The one I saw way made for the elderly to have contact with family mainly, but could be used to call anyone I'm sure.
Don't know if it had a contract or not.

Hmmm. Presumably GSM. I wonder if they'd take a US order, in USD or Euros, and ship here? Anyone see any reason it wouldn't work with AT&T ("contract" SIM)? My Mother in Law would love this.
