What a nightmare to have my 811 receiver switched out and a 411 added with an additional dish.

To many screw ups to mention not to mention false advertising and promises.

My main comments are on the 811 verses the 411 HD Receiver

The Good:
411 has a coaxial out so I can view the bedroom TV. 811 has none

The BAD:
No UHF Remote. Can't switch stations from Bedroom.
No Games on the Interactive TV Channel 100.

I get the New York CBS station but need a waiver for the same station in HD. I don't think they even broadcast it on the 129 west . They said I could get it if I get a waiver from some station over 200 miles away.

I hope nobody has to go through what I did just to add some HD Channels.

A lesson...

Proves that you need to do your homework before upgrading/changing ANYTHING with Dish Network.
