The wings 61.5/148

Anyone know if the dish pointed at 148/61.5 is pointed up higher than 110-119? I had a installer tell me i dont have LOS cuz the wings are straight to the right and left of the dish500.

I could see 61.5 being far to the left but wouldnt 148 be Southern but more to the west not more west than south?

anyone have a program were I can punch my ZIP in and see?

148 is farther west than 119. In MN, it looks real low elevation
61.5 looks in the opposite direction (45 degree angle) than 110/119
