Well in the middle of watching tv last night my service cut out, it was late time for bed... I hit the sack. Got up this morning and I still have NOTHING. The pg comes up with the name of the channel but no program info, and the sat led on the stb is red.

I tried rebooting it, holding power button down 5 sec... still nothing.

Try unplugging the receiver for a few seconds and replugging it in. It should reset itself.

Ill have the girlfriend try it as soon as her lazy butt gets out of bed. It's too bad too, I was enjoying all the Godzilla stuff on Monsters

IF that doesn't work I would call Voom and have them send a "hit" your box. That might clear your problem too.

While you're at it have them send a 'hit' to your girlfriend as well to get her butt outa bed.

Im impressed by VOOM and all, but I doubt that a "hit" from them could move that lazy thing out of the bed

Especially when she was up til 3 am playing videogames!
