All the other channels are fine.

TNT HD is pixelated most of the time.

I called customer service and they said there was no broadcast issue, that was my equipment. Cabling or Dish or something. I told the guy it can't be my equipment since all the other channels are fine.

He wants to charge me $70 and that charge is ridiculous for something that I consider there fault.

What should I do? This is crazy.

After reading other posts seems like it's TNTHD channels fault. Fantastic crappy quality that directv produces.

It maybe an issue with the install "sucking" that frequency out. I don't believe it's right to charge for an installers mistake. I have an installer here that is real bad about NOT using grease and it never fails, one of them will have a problem within a year or two. I will get a call to hook them up on cable because of that charge and some of those ground blocks are slap filled with water and the center pin croded into.

I had a similiar problem. All channels would come in fine except ESPN2 and HDNet. I would get the 771 searching for signal prompt. Tech came out and said it was my receiver, then he changed the switch and the LNB, still no luck. Then he checked the signal at the outlet, which was good. At that point I realized that the coax from the wall went to a surge protector and then to the receiver. I bypassed the surge protector and all is fine.

Sign up for the protection plan ($7.00/month) then call back if your problem hasn't cleared up. You can cancel plan at any time.

To sign up for the protection plan they told me I have to sign 1 year contract. Which I don't want to do.

As previous post stated make sure all connections are dry and corrosion free.

I had a switch that got water in it and it caused some ugly interference.

I think TNT-HD is the worst of the HD nationals. I submitted a call when I first got D* in April specifically behind TNT-HD.

But you might still actually have a real issue. I would also sign up for protection plan and call back.
