Tracvision SF to Directv

I have an RV with a 1999 Tracvision Sf. I had Directv installed at the house and use a HR24-100 (not a dvr) and use it in my RV also. it worked fine for the 1st year but cannot find Directv's 101 satellite now. I have a portable Directv dish that finds it fine with the same receiver. I purhased a signal meter and get the same signal strength on both dishes. They are both aimed at the same general area. How do i know if it is the same satellite? My Tracvision finds the same satellite each time.
