Transponder list question?

Does anyone know how I can determine which transponders I should be receiving from and what the signal strength should be? For example, on sat 110 I show 3 transponders with signal strengths of 42, 51, 44

It would be nice to know what transponders are active for my receiver and dish and also what an acceptable signal strength is.

H20 receiver with 3lnb dish.

Located in central OK, suburb of Oklahoma City. I thought my signal strengths were higher a few months ago but can't really remember for sure.
