Trying To Change Programming

I've run into an issue trying to change my programming package online. I decided that it was kinda stupid to pay $93 per month for what I'm getting and not spring for the extra $6 a month to get all of the premium channels. For some reason, the web site won't let me select the Premire package because it says I need to "upgrade to a DVR or HD DVR." Only problem is that I already have a Hughs HDVR2.

Should this be some kind of indication to those of us that have the old DTivo units that they're trying to phase us out?

Maybe they just urging you to really call them. Maybe they want to offer you something to upgrade.

It is probably because the DVR fee is included in the Premier package, at no extra charge.
