My neighbor has a Sylvania TV and her remote got broke. They bought a universal remote but the remote’s Input button will not cycle through A/V jacks and there doesn’t appear to be any channels that I know of that you could put in to take you to the A/V inputs. What now?

Try a harmony remote... OR you could order a replacement fro sylvania
