TV & Radio mixed, how to separate them

I am at SatMex 5 at 116.
I have a pansat 3500s.
on TP 4052 H 4.304, I get the TV channel but the radio at the same time. How can I separate them?

I am not on that sat, but they are probably running tv audio on say the left stereo channel and radio on the right stereo channel. You should be able to select either stereo, right or left audio channel on your receiver for that particular transponder.
