Hi,

What is the best way to install two LNB on a motorised dish?

thanks

Regis

easiest way is to mount the 2nd LNB next to the first one with a hose clamp
(see picture below)

I put the DBS one to the left, so when I motor to it, it is off by 5 degrees. No biggie, I just use 1.2 and fine tune it :)

Hi,

Do I need to shift them a bit like one a bit lower than the other ?

thanks

Regis

on a motorized...no
because it will track the arc.

but you may want to verify to see if it works better for you.

I get 75-80 on all DBS transponders that I need (Gol TV, NASA, audio)

Hi,

I have tried it last night and it works!

I have to substract about 6.5 degree to all my FTA satellites because the one at the center of the dish is my DSS LNB. I have put my FTA LNB at the right of the DSS LNB.

thanks

Regis

I would put the FTA one aiming at the center of the dish and put the DBS one to the right or left....DBS has more power than KU band so there is more room for error :)
