I have the livingroom and the bedroom homerun approx. 50' to the ground blocks. From there I have dual runs going up to my Freevision antenna and I am using 2 matching transformers each to the same binding posts. Has anyone else done this or are currently doing it? Are there any drawbacks?

Your messing up the impedance matching using 2 300 ohm transformers. Run from one transformer to a 2 way splitter and then bring your coax into the house.

Do as Boba says to do, that is the right way. What Harshness says is correct, you're halving the resistance having two transformers in parallel and it won't be right. If you want to avoid the the 2-3 db drop a splitter would cause, you could use a two port distribution amp like this:

Amazon product ASIN B001RCBX56
instead of a splitter. I myself would run a single wire from the antenna into the house to a distribution amp and then on to the TVs.
