Upcoming Dish 622 Install & Dish Mover Experience

First, I wanted to thank all the people who post on this board. Many of my questions have been answered by reading all the helpful information. On with my post...

I've been a Dish customer since 1998. Recently, my family and I have been in temporary housing due to a job reassignment. In that time, we purchased a HDTV, so I've been following the news on here about the new receivers quite closely. As we will be moving into a new house in two weeks, I called Dish to set up a new VIP 622 and the Dish Mover Program to set up our old receivers. Everything went quite smoothly. I was surprised that we were not charged for the 622 as I heard had happened to others on here. The CSR said that a hold for $99 would be placed on my card and that nothing would be billed until the 622 shipped. Also, I was told that all 622 installs had to be made for at least 21 days in advance due to demand. In summary, things went quite smoothly (knock on wood) so I wanted to pass on my good experience.
