Upgrading change fee

Last night their was a game I wanted to view and the MLB network of course is unavailable with the Flex Pack therefore I upgraded to the Top 200. No issues.

This morning however I was checking out what was in the Top 250 and thought about upgrading again yet, during final checkout it showed a $5 programming charge. Is this correct? For upgrading? I'll pass.

Check with DIRT it used to be upgrades were free but you paid for downgrades.

Since atleast 2010, there has been a programming change fee, in the event of changing programming up or down in 30 days or less.

Yep for quite sometime now any change within 30 days gets the fee. (No fees if a Flex only add on pack -conflicting on the SiriusXM add on and not for any add on that can be added to other packages)
