Uplink Report will be late today

Just FYI that todays uplink report will be late today.

I just checked the uplink machine and noticed that the external USB satellite tuner is not responding. Normally when this happens I just unplug the power and plug it back in and its good to go. Hopefully its not something more as I do not have a backup USB satellite tuner currently.

If its just a reboot then the uplink should be online around 5:45 PM ET.
