Has anyone noticed the horrible signal quality of UPN13 on Dish in Los Angeles? I've just noticed it in the last two weeks, but the quality of the signal makes the channel virtually unwatchable. Get a better quality signal OTA. Just thought I'd see if other people had noticed the problem before I holler at Dish.

i havnt seen the problem and im a dish installer and do installs in the los angeles area and have watch upn from time to time at home -are u nlt having a problem on channel 13 or is it ur olnt watching 13 and dont notice the others
