right now I have a Dish DVR hooked up to two TVs. Its not a dual reciever just the cable line is split. My question is one of the TVs that is hooked up is a HDTV and say I get a 211/411 will i be able to split the cable still to work on my regular tv?

The 211/411 has a modulated coax output which you could run to mirror your 2nd TV.
