Utah 110/119 DN 500 HELP!

I have a PS 3500 and dual LNB DN w/110-119 and can't get it working. I can get up to 65ish quality and run blind scans, only to get infinite waiting for picture messages. Tried changing TP's and other stuff but just can't get any further.

Wrong place. FTA -110/119 sounds like hack.
