Vantage TV/Frontier = .....DISH

I am in Ct for a short time and I see two obviously recently painted vans (Blue) with the "Frontier Vantage TV "printed on the side but notice the DISH logo on the back. One turned off at a Dunkin Donuts so I stopped and asked about it.
According to the installer, when Frontier took over Uverse in Ct they made the decision they probably will not expand it, or at least not now. So they now sell DISH in all the areas where there is no Uverse and are still calling it Vantage TV.

If you go to their site it looks like in any State they are in and put in a location without Uverse you get the DISH offerings.

Somewhat surprised they didn't start selling direct considering the merger with at&t, unless there looking to cut ties with uverse/at&t.

I thought Frontier bought certain Verizon FIOS markets not AT&T Uverse ones. I guess I was wrong again.

Their Uverse is separate now from Att. That may be why the new name on the Vans - Vantage TV. It seems to encompass their Uverse where available and now DISH.
