viewing second tv from main hd box

i have dish and i am satisfied get that out of the way...situation is i have the hd box in the living room and have had our kitchen tv connected to it using a modulator because the ancient tubular thing needed it/dish guys come out to aim antenna, 2 days later kitchen tv gets no video/replaced modulator, but don't think the dish guys hooked the jumper correctly How to get to second tv to work, and how to hook it up with no outer space information thank you kurty
