VIP 722 Trouble

I tried to reset my vip722 a couple of hours ago, at the beginning i didn`t start but then, the tv1 and tv2 indicators began to flash and I can´t stop them flashing, the receiver doesn´t turn on and everytime i try to reset it, happens the same, do you know what´s going on???

Have you tried unplugging it for awhile?

Usually 30 seconds, sometimes 5 - 10 minutes.
