ViP622 Padding Issue

I'm having an issue with my ViP622 padding a show 1-minute before it starts. If the show starts at 8 pm, for example, and I try to pad it 1-minute before, the recording starts at 8pm. If I use a 2-minute pad, the recording will start like it's supposed to at 7:58pm.

Any ideas?

I Think 1 min. is to short

I never had a problem starting 1 minute early, if I don't add 1-2 minutes to the end, it gets cut off in some cases.
