When initiating streaming through webif, VLC works only once and then I have to log out and log back in in order to use vlc again. This is a recent development so something got messed up - most likely from a linux app being upgraded. Uninstalling and re-installing vlc was no help. TNAP 4 (if that even matters). Ubuntu 20.04.2, vlc 3.0.9.2

I found that clicking <Media> then <Exit> on VLC rather than just "x'ing' out prevented that problem on my Linux box.

I still have times that a stream doesn't load. Have to Exit VLC and reopen stream.

It wasn't a problem before. What happens after closing the stream, vlc won't launch again until I log out/in. I'm easily annoyed.
