VOD in DVR recorded list

Anyone have a VOD appear in the My Recordings list? The movie the Lake House is in my list this morning. Funny thing is I did rent it on 11/3 now its in my list that it recorded it on 11/8 from channel VOD, 5816

I have never rented a VOD it is not in my purchase list for VOD or PPV on the date of 11/8. I called Dishnetwork. They had no clue how that could have happened.

Anyone else have this issue?

This happened to me ONCE and I was initially concerned that I would get billed. I had just installed a replacement 508 from a 501 and did indeed open the VOD screen...did not check anything...but moved the highlight (cursor) to the right to exit and one of the VOD movies showed up on my recordings. The next day it was gone. I DO NOT know what would have happened if I would have tried to look at the movie while it was in my recordings. Since it was not one that I would have viewed for free, I wasn't going to get an education for a potential charge.
