Voom Channels in Puerto Rico

I want to get Voom in Puerto Rico, the retailer told me that a big anntena is required because of our location. Do someone know if with the new satellite that was launched recently Dish will transmit Voom from 110 , or other HD programing ?

We are out of luck!, a 6' is required to get the Voom Channels on the 61.5 location.
Not only that, we're also required to purchase the new vip receivers.
No "special" deals (trade in, or lease) for us here in Puerto Rico, that for sure is not fair!!
