I turned on D* last night who I left a year ago. Now I remember why an HD DVR is such a big deal with these other providers. I think Ive just thought of a joke.

Question: How can you tell a D* HD sub without an HD DVR?

Answer: Hes the balding one with clumps of his hair falling from his fingers.
