I just checked my bill and the amount they subtracted from my credit
balance (due to $300 credit)is more than the itemized amounts add up
to.

Voom can't even get the simple arithmetic on their billing system to
work.

This is not good.

As I charter member I get all the special advantages. HAHA

Billing problems here also involving my conversion to lease. They
credited $749 on my bill for equipment, refunded $819 to my credit
card leaving me a balance during the free period of $70 (the sales tax
on $749). I have escalated it three times, spoken to two supervisors
and two very testy and rude CSRs, rude when they couldn't understand
what I was telling them. No calls back, no fixes. Additionally, they
never started charging me for the receiver rental. I don't want to
communicate with anyone there again. They will probably just screw
something else up. I carefully monitor my billing statements and
there is ample time to cancel my credit card before erroneous charges
are made if they screw up again or attempt to recoup the receiver
rental before refunding the sales tax.
