VOOM Service
All my customer service related issues have been meet with quick and proper action. Hell, they even gave me service credit for the three (3) hurricanes knocking out my service. I requested the 24" dish and had it within a couple of days. Perhaps I have been speaking the the right people.
I love VOOM, even though I have been thinking about trying Dish or DirecTV. Each time I review the other satellite provider's website to view their offerings I quickly change my mind. Check out DirecTV's & Dish HD listings and they fail in comparison with VOOM. HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, STARZ, Encore each have multiple HD channels. TNT HD, ESPN HD, BRAVOHD, FOX Sports HD and the revamped Cinema channels.
