Hi everyone,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but.. here goes. When I had Voom, all of the OTA stations came in perfectly. I had an HD Directv system installed (the installer actually used the Voom OTA antenna and kept it in basically the same place) yet I can't get 2-3 local HD stations. Anybody know how this is possible? Thanks..

It is possible that he moved the antenna a little, and you are getting Multi-path interference on your antenna, causing those channels to not tune for you.

Me either.

How about the 942 DVR? Does it provide for OTA digital and if so, how does it compare to the OTAs off of the Voom receiver?

Maybe the D* stb does not supply power to the antenna the way the Voom box did. There are threads regarding pre amps for the voom antenna.

I do not know this for a fact, but I sure am interested.
