[VOOM] All Voom Channels 720p

Was wondering why all the voom channels show as 720p.
Had Voom for a little more than a week, Had my HDTV about 3 weeks.
I checked everything I can figure to check, Since I never got a user
manual with the Voom Receiver I'm not sure if everything is set
correctly.
Its connected by DVI to the TV. Is there a setting I'm missing on
the STB?
My PiP only works with a 1028 signal. I wanted to see how it looked.
thanks

Look in front of the STB for the "Motorola" logo. This is a little fold down door. Open it and you see a little red button. Push and hold this button until this orange line lights up above it. (They look like they are built into the receiver) Push and release the red button until the TOP line on the box lights up. That's the one that is 1028p.

Don't hold the red button very long or it will reset the box. Just push it and let go. Like it was said before. The top line is 1080i. If all are lit then each channel will be shown in it's native res.

Re: [VOOM] All Voom Channels 720p

480i. But if you use the composite video outputs ( not the red, blue, and
green) component video outputs it is automatic. Same for the S-video
output. Everything but the DVI and the Component video outputs will be in
SD at 480i. You don't have to set anything if you are using a VOOM STB on SD
TV. Just the composite or s video connections.
But you really need to get HD to fully enjoy VOOM. But you knew that.

The user guide at the Voom site doesn't make any mention of setting output resolutuions - it is a very simple manual with really minimal useful information.

installer set up.
